By registering to attend the 2025 IHG Americas Premium Owners, Operators & Leadership Conference, you grant permission, without compensation, for IHG and its affiliated companies to reproduce any portion of photographic images of you or your party in any print or digital media, publications, or communications, including but are not limited to websites, invitations, general communications and social media, in connection with any legitimate business, training, marketing, or promotional purpose.​

Please be advised that some sessions and events at the conference will be recorded with video and audio. By attending the conference, you are consenting to such recordings.​

We will be utilizing attendee tracking devices to capture attendee contact information via QR codes printed on the name badges. IHG and its affiliated companies may use this contact information for future correspondence with attendees regarding prizes and other benefits awarded in connection with the conference, as well as for sharing conference-related news and information. Attendees may opt out of having their contact information recorded by simply declining from scanning their badges. Attendees who do not get their badges scanned for certain sessions or events may be excluded from receiving prizes, awards, and attendance recognition as a result.​
