IHG owners and operators from Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo, voco hotels and EVEN Hotels are required to attend the conference. Per your license agreement and brand standards, conference attendance and payment of the registration fee(s) are mandatory.
The standards applicable to each brand state that the Licensee (or, if Licensee is not an individual, a representative of Licensee) and the General Manager must attend the 2025 IHG Americas Premium Owners, Operators & Leadership Conference and must pay the registration fee. Participants are responsible for paying the registration fee, which will be billed directly. Supplemental registration fees will apply to an accompanying personal guest and must be paid for at the time of registration. If the Licensee and/or General Manager do not attend conference, the hotel will be invoiced $2,499 USD for each mandatory registration fee.
Licensees/Owners: One owner representative is required to attend. An owner may represent multiple properties for which they carry ownership.
Operators: One operator representative per hotel is also required to attend.
Yes. A fee of $2,499 USD per person will be billed in 2025 for each mandatory participant, as well as any additional attendees registered.
At the time of registration, you will be asked to include your hotel Holidex/Inncode(s) so we may record your attendance and assign an appropriate agenda to you. Full conference registration fees for owners, operators, and corporate attendees are $2,499 USD per person.
Guest/Social Registration Fees may be available*
*Guest/Social Registration is not applicable to hotel colleagues, management company team members, IHG colleagues, or sponsors. Any individuals in these excluded categories who register as a Guest/Social will be charged the full conference registration fee and will need to request a refund for the amount paid online. The Guest/Social registration is intended for spouse/partners of fully registered attendees and does not include access to any breakouts or general sessions. Based on the Brand Standard explained above, all hotels/Inncodes will be billed for two attendees, even if only one person attends.
You may register for the conference by clicking on the registration page of this website, available starting in April 2025. Once regisered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation message that will include a special group booking link for conference accommodations based on availability.
Conference dates are the week of August 18, 2025, and General Managers need to arrive on Monday evening. Please save extended dates until agenda details are posted on this conference website.
Once you complete your registration for the conference, you will receive a booking link to reserve accommodations directly with the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The booking link is for the exclusive use of hotel owners, management company executives, general managers and should not be shared. Reservations secured through unauthorized use of booking link may be subject to cancellation.
Due to limited availability, each attendee may reserve up to one room for this year's conference. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and should be booked as soon as possible.

By registering to attend the 2025 IHG Americas Premium Owners, Operators & Leadership Conference, you grant permission, without compensation, for IHG and its affiliated companies to reproduce any portion of photographic images of you or your party in any print or digital media, publications, or communications, including but are not limited to websites, invitations, general communications and social media, in connection with any legitimate business, training, marketing, or promotional purpose.
Please be advised that some sessions and events at the conference will be recorded with video and audio. By attending the conference, you are consenting to such recordings.
We will be utilizing attendee tracking devices to capture attendee contact information via QR codes printed on the name badges. IHG and its affiliated companies may use this contact information for future correspondence with attendees regarding prizes and other benefits awarded in connection with the conference, as well as for sharing conference-related news and information. Attendees may opt out of having their contact information recorded by simply declining from scanning their badges. Attendees who do not get their badges scanned for certain sessions or events may be excluded from receiving prizes, awards, and attendance recognition as a result.
