FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHO IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND?
IHG Owners and Operators from Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo®, voco® Hotels and EVEN® Hotels are required to attend the conference. Per the Franchise Disclosure Document and Brand Standards, conference attendance and payment of the registration fee are mandatory.
The standards applicable to each brand state that the Licensee (or, if Licensee is not an individual, a representative of Licensee) and the General Manager must attend the IHG® Americas Premium Investors and Leadership Conference and must pay the registration fee. Participants are responsible for paying the registration fee, which will be billed directly. Supplemental registration fees will apply to an accompanying personal guest and must be paid for at the time of registration. If the Licensee and/or General Manager do not attend conference, the hotel will be invoiced $2,500 USD for each mandatory registration fee.
Licensees/Owners: One Owner representative is required to attend. An Owner may represent multiple properties for which they carry ownership.
Operators: One Operator representative per hotel is also required to attend.
ARE MY FEES BILLED?
Yes. Fees will be billed in 2025. More information on billing dates will be updated to this page in 2025.
WHAT ARE REGISTRATION FEES?
At the time of registration, you will be asked to include your hotel Holidex/Inncode(s) so we may record your attendance. Owners, Operators, and Corporate attendees' full conference registration fees are $2,500 USD per person.
Guest/Social Registration Fees may be available*
*Guest/Social Registration includes access to meals and social events only.
WHEN/HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?
You will receive communications on how to register and book accommodations in 2025. For now, simply Save the Date in your calendar.
WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE & DEPART FROM THE CONFERENCE?
Conference dates are the week of August 18, 2025, and some attendees may need to arrive on Monday evening. Please save extended dates until you receive the agenda details in 2025.

By registering to attend the 2023 IHG® Americas Premium Investors & Leadership Conference, you grant permission, without compensation, for IHG and its affiliated companies to reproduce any portion of photographic images of you or your party in any print or digital media, publications, or communications, including but are not limited to websites, invitations, general communications and social media, in connection with any legitimate business, training, marketing, or promotional purpose.

We will be utilizing attendee tracking devices to capture attendee contact information via QR codes printed on the name badges. IHG and its affiliated companies may use this contact information for future correspondence with attendees regarding prizes and other benefits awarded in connection with the Conference, as well as for sharing Conference-related news and information. Attendees may opt out of having their contact information recorded by simply declining from scanning their badges. Attendees who do not get their badges scanned for certain sessions or events may be excluded from receiving prizes, awards, and attendance recognition as a result.
